Returns:

All returns must be received at Orbea USA within 30 days of purchase or no return will be granted. The return credit will not cover any shipping charges. Items must be returned in original packaging with all original tags still on clothing, unused. Any item worn, washed or altered in any other way from its original condition will not be eligible for return. Please include a copy of the Delivery note/receipt specifying the item(s) you would like to return. If you don’t have the receipt, send a note with name, address, and the items you would like to return.


Exchanges:

Orbea recognizes that getting the right size is sometimes difficult with cycling apparel. Buyer is responsible for return to Orbea shipping and does not pay for shipping on exchanged item as it is returned to buyer. Please include a copy of the Delivery Note/receipt specifying the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you don’t have the receipt, send a note with name, address, and the items you would like in exchange.
